The Candle Bar Experience

Everything to Know About Your Candle Bar Experience

Your candle bar experience will be 1 Hour (One Hour).

We generally host groups all day, so please be respectful of any candle makers that may be finishing up their experience prior to your reservation time. We also ask to be respectful of your One Hour time slot so any groups after yours can start on time as well.

We can accommodate up to 12 guests at our candle bar at one time. When looking through our online booking calendar, be sure to select the “quantity” of guests you would like to bring, and then select a date. The calendar will only show timeslots that meet your required quantity of guests.

The cost for your candle bar experience depends on which product you decide to make. Our smallest candle jar starts at $30, and largest at $70. A rollerball perfume is $28.

We also offer in-store promotions for candle or rollerball making.

Once your candle is poured, please allow Two (2) hours to come back and pick it up. We will add our finishing touches and make sure it’s bagged and ready when you come back.

You can also pick up your candle another day if that works best for timing. It will be on our shelf with your name on it.

You are more than welcome to bring in your own food, snacks, and drinks to our candle bar. We only ask that you are respectful of your 1 Hour timeslot so any groups after you can start their experience on time.

Yes, but cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $10 per seat charge.

Example: If you reserved 10 seats and canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged $10 * 10 Seats = $100.

Please understand that late cancellations create a missed opportunity for us to bring in revenue to pay our staff and our bills. We also staff our shop based on the number of reservations made.

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you are considering a reschedule or a cancellation. We also understand that life happens, and things come up, all we ask is a line of communication.
